Chick-fil-A Debbie Ln & Matlock Rd in Mansfield, TX is seeking an Operations Director to lead a restaurant team and drive restaurant performance. You will build culture, develop staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage operations with a focus on safety, cost control, and high-volume service, while mentoring multiple department managers and aligning with local franchise leadership. Flexible scheduling and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications
