Job summary

Chick-fil-A Gates of Prosper is seeking a Director of Front of House to lead a high-performance team, coach managers, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You will oversee daily operations, mentor leaders, uphold food safety and cleanliness, and drive continuous improvement while reporting to the Owner/Operator at the Prosper location.

• 2–3 years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Open availability.
• Understanding of the food and hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Train and mentor new hires, setting the tone for shifts.
• Develop and support other leaders across areas.
• Coach and motivate team members to perform at high levels.
• Ensure quality and safety of food and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Oversee operations and continuously seek improvements.

Responsibilities

• Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a fast-paced restaurant
• Train and mentor new hires, setting the tone for each shift
• Develop and support other leaders in their respective areas
• Demonstrate leadership skills by coaching and motivating team members
• Challenge yourself and others to continuously improve
• Think innovatively to enhance business operations
• Create goals and achieve goals in different areas of the business
• Ensure excellent communication and uphold cleanliness standards
• Offering immediate and respectful response to guests' needs
• Having a team player attitude that looks at the good of the business and others before oneself
• Assisting with daily decision-making and supporting staff
• Oversee an area of operations and constantly look to improve
• Ensuring quality and safety of food
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2-3 years of restaurant leadership experience
• College and higher educational degrees preferred but not required
• Must have open availability
• Understanding of the food and hospitality industry
• Ability to create a positive atmosphere and lead a team
• Has high level capacity to understand the dynamic challenges and complexities of a multi-million dollar operation, successfully.
