Qualifications

• Three or more years of business or leadership experience.
• Restaurant, hospitality, or food-service leadership experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Self-motivated with the initiative to take ownership and follow through.
• Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of an assigned area (Front of House, Back of House, or Catering).
• Develop, coach, and support leaders and Team Members within your area of responsibility.
• Create and implement effective systems and processes that improve performance and support restaurant growth.
• Establish clear goals, monitor results, and take ownership of operational outcomes.
• Maintain high standards for food safety, quality, cleanliness, speed, and guest experience.
• Work alongside the team in restaurant operations while providing hands-on leadership.
• Collaborate with the Operator and leadership team to align strategies with the restaurant’s goals.
• Help cultivate a positive, people-focused culture rooted in teamwork, growth, and exceptional care.
