Job summary

Chick-fil-A Cedar Hill is seeking an Operations Director to oversee daily restaurant operations, champion exceptional service, craveable food, and warm hospitality across every shift.

You will coach and develop team members, drive performance, monitor metrics, and lead initiatives to create raving fans while upholding Chick-fil-A standards.

This leadership role requires hands-on collaboration with franchise Operators and a commitment to lasting community impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Hospitality or food service background is a plus.
• Expected to attain ServSafe Manager Certificate
• Ability to execute procedures with excellence

Operations Director - Chick-fil-A

Our Director of Operations role at Cedar Hill is to manage the daily operations of the business. The Director of Operations is expected to be the Ambassador, leader and critical component in ensuring that the restaurant is successful in all aspects of the Create Raving Fans model, providing remarkable service, craveable food, and hospitality throughout each experience in the business. The following responsibilities have been identified in order to more clearly delineate the overall structure within Chick-fil-A that will allow the Director of Operations to fulfill this role:
