Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret and record data accurately for compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through paperwork processes.
• Process and audit paperwork for retail and wholesale sales, including deal jackets and contracts.
• Manage auction and appraisal transactions with accurate titles and funding documentation.
• Handle cash management tasks, including deposits and security protocols.
• Train and mentor new associates and support multiple departments as needed.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and reconciliation of missing information.
• Follow EH&S requirements and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
