Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through paperwork processes.
• Process and audit paperwork for retail and wholesale sales, including deal jackets and finance contracts.
• Manage auction and appraisal transactions with accurate titles and funding documents.
• Handle cash management tasks: receive payments, prepare deposits, maintain security.
• Train and mentor new associates and support store operations across departments.
• Perform clerical duties: filing, data entry, reconciliation of missing information.
• Follow CarMax EH&S requirements and keep the work area clean and orderly.
