AllState Sprinkler is currently seeking an Operations Support Administrator to provide organized scheduling, data entry, and route planning support. You will interact with customers to arrange inspections, communicate requirements, and help ensure code-compliant fire protection services.

The role emphasizes strong written and verbal communication, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional tasks with accounting and sales teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Call customers to schedule inspections and appointments.
• Obtain information for inspections.
• Data entry of customer information.
• Develop daily routes by geographic area.
• Explain repair quotes to customers to ensure code compliance.
• Document non-compliances to limit liability exposure.
• Enter contracts for new customers using Salesforce and ServiceTrade.
• Assist accounts receivable and sales divisions.
• Other duties as needed.
