Job summary

AllState Sprinkler is seeking an organized and goal-oriented Operations Support Administrator in the Bronx, NY area. You will schedule inspections, gather customer information, and enter data to support daily operations.

You will develop efficient routes, handle customer calls for inspections, repairs, and emergencies, and explain repair quotes to secure approvals while documenting non-compliances to mitigate liability.

Responsibilities

• Call our large customer data base to schedule appointments.
• Obtain information from customers for necessary inspections.
• Data entry of customer information.
• Develop daily routes by geographical area that meet revenue expectations.
• Answer customer calls to schedule inspections, repairs, and emergency services.
• Explain repair quotes to customers to bring systems into code compliance and obtain written approval.
• Document non-compliances to protect the company from liability exposure.
• Enter contracts for new customers using Salesforce and ServiceTrade programs.
• Assist accounts receivable and sales divisions as needed.
• Other duties as needed.
