Job summary

Penske is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Wichita, KS to streamline branch administrative processes, enhance customer service, and support profitability. You will contribute to branch performance by providing guidance to the financial manager and handling communications with internal and external customers.

The role includes duties across accounts receivable, fleet licensing and permitting, billing oversight, and payroll-related paperwork, aligned with branch financial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Financial Operations: Oversight of accounts receivable process and local collection contacts; monitor weekly/monthly lease, contract maintenance, and special billing; establish and control related processes to support customer service and branch profitability.
• Fleet Operations: Complete Fleet Service activities such as licensing, permitting, in/out service vehicles, research and process citations; coordinate asset outside services not maintenance related.
• Process Analytics: Perform process analyses in billing, reports, credit memos, citations, accounts receivable, licensing; use Qlikview or AS400 for problem solving and improvement.
• Other Responsibilities: Maintain District Personnel Files, JJ Keller reports, weekly payroll, and new hire paperwork; assist Branch Financial Manager and District Financial Manager.
