Job summary

Epic, located near Madison, WI, is hiring an Operations Center Technician to help maintain business continuity across Epic's campuses. The role monitors real-time alerts, manages access and security systems, and oversees building operations from the Facilities Command Center.

You will identify issues using video feeds and system data, coordinate emergency responses during disruptions, and work with internal teams and emergency services to restore normal operations quickly.

Qualifications

• Strong situational awareness and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, real-time environment.
• Experience or interest in security operations, emergency response, or related high-volume field.
• Open to 2nd/3rd shift and weekend days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available).
• COVID-19 vaccination is preferred or required.
