Job summary

Epic, based near Madison, WI, is seeking an Operations Center Technician to monitor real-time alerts, manage access and security systems, and oversee building operations from our Facilities Command Center. You will identify and respond to issues using video feeds and system data, coordinating emergency responses with internal teams and local services to maintain business continuity.

Qualifications

• Strong situational awareness and quick decision-making are essential.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities with cross-team efforts.
• Ability to operate in a high-pressure, real-time environment.
• Experience or interest in security operations or emergency response.
• Willingness to work 2nd/3rd shifts and weekend days.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time alerts and manage access and security systems from the Facilities Command Center.
