Responsibilities

• Communicate performance trends and opportunities to management both within and outside your reporting line.
• Work cross-functionally with Operations, Supplier Management, and Technology.
• Monitor KPIs and collaborate to improve logistics and supply chain quality.
• Create and deliver communication plans with suppliers, logistics, CastleGate Forwarding, and 3PL partners.
• Develop and implement new processes for continuous improvement.
