• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Analytics, Supply Chain, or Business Operations with degree by June 2027
• Minimum GPA of 3.0

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, and SQL or GBQ

Salary Range: The base salary for this position is $80,000 plus a joining bonus of $5,000

This is a Boston based opportunity with a 4 day in office expectation (Monday - Thursday) with 1 day remote (Friday).

Drive the strategic engine behind Wayfair’s proprietary supply chain as an Operations Analyst. Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Business Intelligence, you will tackle high-stakes end-to-end logistics challenges and translate complex data into actionable competitive advantages. In this role, your insights will directly optimize our global distribution network from overseas factories to customer doorsteps, shaping the future of e-commerce delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze complex supply chain operations using data-driven methodologies to build strategic business cases that optimize speed, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Develop clear, interactive dashboards and visual reports in Google Sheets or Looker Data Studio to elevate operational visibility for stakeholders.
• Spearhead cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Product, Engineering, and Business Intelligence to tackle systemic supply chain bottlenecks.
• Drive continuous process and tool innovations, taking full ownership of problem-solving from initial diagnostic to final execution.
• Cultivate strong collaborative relationships with suppliers, carriers, and field teams to ensure operational improvements scale seamlessly with company growth.
• Communicate complex analytical findings cleanly and concisely, partnering effectively with peers and leadership to foster high-impact teamwork.

What You’ll Need

Basic Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors a relevant discipline such as Analytics, Supply Chain, or Business Operations, with the expectation that degree will be obtained by June 2027
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by Wayfair now or in the future. Visa sponsorship includes the following work visas: STEM OPT EAD, H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, O-1, J-1, or TN.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and SQL or GBQ

• Strong business acumen: ability to understand how various parts of the business interact; can identify and approach problems from a customer or supplier perspective
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills: excited about working with and synthesizing big data into actionable insights; comfortable using data software to conduct analyses and synthesize findings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills: ability to summarize and share results with key stakeholders
• Strong comfort level and appetite to use AI in daily workflow to accelerate analysis, strengthen recommendations, and to speed time-to-execution
