Job summary

The ideal candidate is a rising senior pursuing Analytics, Supply Chain, or Business Operations with strong Excel/Sheets and SQL skills. This is a hybrid role with a 4-day in-office schedule and one remote day.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Analytics, Supply Chain, or Business Operations with degree by June 2027
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by Wayfair now or in the future
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, and SQL or GBQ

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex supply chain operations using data-driven methodologies to optimize speed, reliability, and cost efficiency
• Develop clear, interactive dashboards and reports in Google Sheets or Looker Data Studio for stakeholders
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Product, Engineering, and BI to address bottlenecks
• Drive process and tool innovations from diagnostics to execution
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and field teams to scale improvements
• Communicate findings clearly to peers and leadership for high-impact teamwork
