Wayfair in Boston is seeking an Operations Associate for Summer 2027. This full-time role focuses on optimizing our logistics network across CastleGate Forwarding, Fulfillment, Transportation, and partners to improve speed, cost, and delivery quality.

You will analyze performance trends, collaborate with Operations, Supplier Management, and Technology teams, and develop new processes to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with expected graduation Spring 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• US work authorization without Visa sponsorship required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate performance trends and improvement opportunities to management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Supplier Management, and Technology teams.
• Monitor KPIs and work to improve logistics and supply chain quality.
• Develop and deliver communication plans with suppliers, logistics providers and CastleGate Forwarding/3PLs.
• Create and implement new processes to drive continuous improvements.
