Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join our on-site operations team. You will perform a variety of tasks including picking, packing, receiving product, and supporting kitchen operations where applicable.

Successful candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and can work a flexible schedule across peak shifts. Prior restaurant or retail experience is a plus, and familiarity with Google G-Suite is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environment is a plus.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
• Basic familiarity with web-based software such as Google G-Suite.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; verify counts against orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the sales floor and facility.
• Follow FIFO to minimize waste and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Prepare, stage and hand off orders for delivery.
