Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join our busy operations team. Directly reporting to a Site Leader, OAs will perform picking, packing, receiving, inventory control, and coordination with drivers to ensure timely delivery.

You may work in our site and affiliated kitchen areas, depending on location. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a willingness to work a fluid schedule across peak shifts, and comfort with basic web-based tools like Google G-Suite.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience working in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule and be available during peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts).

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers
• Receive and unpack pallets of product from vendors, ensure inventory count matches PO/invoice, and resolve discrepancies
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders
• Clean and organize sales floor and overall facility
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
