Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join the operations team. You will perform pick/pack duties, receive pallets, manage inventory, and ensure safe, efficient handling of goods across site operations and kitchen where applicable.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, are able to work flexible shifts, and are comfortable using Google G-Suite. This role requires standing, lifting up to 49 pounds, and maintaining strict health and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
• General working knowledge of web-based software (e.g. Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets of product from vendors, verify counts against PO/invoice, resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize sales floor and overall facility.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Prepare, package and stage/handoff orders.
