Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join its fast-paced operations team. In this role you will perform picking, packing, receiving, and inventory tasks across our site and kitchen, while helping ensure timely delivery to customers.

You should be reliable, able to stand and walk throughout shifts, and comfortable working a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. No degree required, high school diploma or GED acceptable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant/retail preferred.
• Able to work a fluid schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets of product from vendors, verify counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize sales floor and facility.
• Manage waste and spoilage with FIFO practices.
• Contact customers for substituted or out-of-stock items.
• Handle, scan and move product safely and efficiently.
• Operate carts, pallet jacks, dollies and other equipment as needed.
• Work in freezer locations periodically.
• Prepare quality beverages and food items and ensure proper packaging for delivery.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
