Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join the on-site operations team. The role supports picking, packing, receiving and inventory tasks within the site and kitchen, ensuring accurate orders and safe handling of products.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, with experience in restaurant/retail preferred. Flexibility for varied shifts and basic software use (Google G-Suite) are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environment is preferred.
• Must be able to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts (1st/2nd/3rd).
• General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g. Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of an assigned shift; lift up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets, verify counts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the facility and sales floor.
• Follow FIFO and handle waste/spoilage.
• Contact customers for substitutions or out-of-stock items.
• Move and handle products using carts, pallet jacks and related equipment.
• Prepare quality beverages and food items per recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure accuracy of all food and beverage packaged for delivery.
