Job summary

Gopuff is hiring Operations Associates to join the site operations team. You will perform pick/pack duties, receive shipments, manage inventory and assist with kitchen operations when applicable. You’ll also handle substitutions, restocking and safe product movement throughout shifts.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, ability to work varied shifts, basic Google G-Suite knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 49 pounds while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts (1st/2nd/3rd).
• Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of shifts.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and use carts or equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; ensure inventory matches PO/invoice and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the facility; follow FIFO and safety guidelines.
• Prepare, stage and handoff orders; handle items that may contain tobacco or alcohol.
• Work in freezer locations as needed and move product safely.
