Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join the operations team. You will pick and pack items for dispatch, receive and count inventory, and maintain stock across the site and kitchen. You will also handle substitutions, move products safely, and uphold safety and sanitation standards.

This role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 49 pounds, and flexibility to work peak shifts. Previous restaurant or retail experience is a plus, and basic familiarity with Google G-Suite is

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a restaurant or retail setting preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts.
• Basic knowledge of web-based software (Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; ensure inventory matches PO/invoice; resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the sales floor and facility.
• Handle waste and spoilage with FIFO compliance.
• Contact customers for substitutions or out-of-stock items.
• Operate carts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely.
• Work in freezer locations as needed; walk several flights of stairs.
• Prepare, package and stage/handoff orders.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
