Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join our operations team. You will perform picking, packing, receiving and inventory tasks while ensuring safety and accuracy across our site and kitchen when applicable.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, are comfortable with flexible shifts including peak times, and can use basic web tools. Prior experience in retail or restaurant settings is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Able to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
• General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g. Google G-Suite).

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets of product; ensure inventory matches PO/invoice and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize sales floor and facility.
• Manage waste and spoilage through FIFO.
• Contact customers for substituted or out-of-stock items.
• Handle, scan and move product safely.
• Stand, push, pull, squat, bend, reach and walk during shifts.
• Use carts, pallet jacks, dollies and other equipment.
• Handle products that may contain tobacco, nicotine, and/or alcohol.
• Work in freezer locations periodically.
• Prepare, package and stage/handoff orders.
