Job summary

Gopuff is seeking an Operations Associate to join the operations team. The role involves picking and packing items, receiving from vendors, maintaining inventory, and assisting with kitchen operations where applicable. You will ensure accuracy, safety, and timely fulfillment of orders.

Reporting to a Site Leader, you will support a fast-paced environment across shifts, including peak times. Prior restaurant or retail exposure is a plus, and familiarity with Google G-Suite helps with daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule and be available during peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
• General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g. Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of an assigned shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets of product and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize sales floor and facility.
• Maintain FIFO and reduce waste and spoilage.
• Contact customers for substituted or out-of-stock items.
• Handle, scan and move product safely.
• Work in freezer locations as needed.
• Prepare quality beverages and food items per recipes and standards.
