Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join the on-site operations team. You will perform picking, packing, receiving, and inventory tasks, while supporting drivers and ensuring accurate fulfillment. The role requires physical stamina and adherence to safety standards.

Candidates with warehouse, retail, or restaurant exposure are preferred, and a flexible schedule including peak shifts will be expected. Proficiency with basic web tools like Google G-Suite is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts.
• Stand and walk for the duration of an assigned shift; lift up to 49 pounds.
• Basic familiarity with web-based software (e.g., Google G-Suite).

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; verify inventory vs invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize sales floor and facility.
• Maintain FIFO compliance to minimize waste.
• Contact customers for substituted or out-of-stock items.
• Handle, scan and move products safely and efficiently.
• Operate carts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Work in freezer locations as needed during shifts.
• Prepare, package and stage orders for delivery.

Education
