  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, consulting, finance, startups, or another fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and taking ownership with limited oversight.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resourceful and able to figure things out quickly when there is no existing playbook.

  • Drive Operational Execution: Own and support projects that improve how the company operates and scales.
  • Improve Processes: Identify inefficiencies, build better workflows, and help standardize recurring operational processes.
  • Support Cross-Functional Projects: Work closely with teams across Customer Success, Finance, Product, Sales, and Engineering to move key initiatives forward.
  • Solve Problems: Investigate operational issues, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions.
  • Manage Data & Reporting: Build and maintain reports, analyses, and operational dashboards to improve visibility and decision-making.
  • Support Client Operations: Help resolve complex operational questions and ensure strong execution across client-facing workflows.

We are a rapidly growing Healthcare AI company transforming how medical aesthetic practices manage their operations, inventory, and purchasing.

As we scale, we are looking for an Operations Associate to help drive execution across the business and support the systems, processes, and projects that enable Medvelle to grow efficiently.

Role Overview

As an Operations Associate, you will work across teams to solve problems, improve processes, and help keep critical operations taks moving.

This is a highly hands-on role with broad exposure across Operations, Customer Success, Customer Support, Product, and other parts of the business. You will be expected to take ownership quickly, work through ambiguity, and help turn fast-moving priorities into clear execution.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, resourceful, and excited to learn quickly in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
