Job summary

Medvelle is seeking a Financial Analyst to support FP&A, reporting, analysis, and client-facing financial insights across the business. You will work with our Finance team, senior leadership, and clients to help improve financial visibility and decision‑making.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in finance, investment banking, consulting, accounting, FP&A, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and core accounting concepts.
• Comfortable presenting financial information and insights directly to clients.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable takeaways.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Forecasting: Support budgets, forecasts, cash flow planning, and long‑term financial models.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare recurring financial and operational reporting for leadership and identify key trends and variances.
• Client Financial Support: Work directly with clients to help them understand financial reports, cash flow, accounts payable, spend patterns, and other key financial data.
• Proactive Client Insights: Identify savings opportunities, unusual trends, working capital improvements, and other actionable insights across client accounts.
• Business Performance: Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, customer economics, and other key business metrics.
• Strategic Analysis: Build models and analyses to support hiring, pricing, investments, new initiatives, and other strategic decisions.
• Accounting Support: Partner with the accounting team on month‑end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Data & Systems: Improve financial reporting processes, dashboards, models, and internal controls as the company scales.
• Cross-Functional Support: Work with teams across Customer Success, Operations, Sales, and Product to improve financial visibility and execution.

As we scale, we are looking for a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, analysis, and client-facing financial insights across the business.

Role Overview

As a Financial Analyst, you will work closely with our Finance team, senior leadership, and clients to help improve financial visibility and decision‑making.

This is a hands‑on role with exposure across FP&A, accounting, operations, and client finance.
