Qualifications

• 1 year experience in operations management including scheduling labor hours and managing projects or processes.
• Ability to lead a team and drive store performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to ensure smooth daily performance.
• Write weekly team member schedules according to labor needs and budget.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and key metrics with the Store Manager.
• Support payroll processing and other HR documentation as required.
• Coordinate inventory and vendor relationships to maintain store standards.
