Job summary

Lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to run the store’s operations, payroll, and budgeting effectively. You’ll oversee inventory, vendor relations, and facilities management while ensuring schedule accuracy and guest satisfaction.

You will lead the team, implement optimization projects, and maintain safety and policy compliance in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.
• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and managing labor hours.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Store Manager's Operations vision and cascade to team members.
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules according to labor requirements and budget.
• Manage budget and data metrics (P&L, expenses) and inform planning processes.
• Provide floor leadership and ensure efficient store operations.
• Support sell-through by ensuring inventory accuracy and coordinating labor for deliveries.
• Execute company-level operations directives and initiatives.
