Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement the Store Manager's Operations vision and cascade to team.
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules within labor budgets.
• Monitor budgets, P&L, expenses, and drive efficient store operations.
• Provide leadership to team members and manage payroll documentation.
• Support omnichannel guest experiences and store initiatives.
