You will partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver solutions that enhance performance. The role focuses on translating needs into functional specs, supporting UAT, and developing reports and KPIs to monitor outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, and reporting platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies preferred.
• Knowledge of operational workflows and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Partner with Operations, IT, and business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation
• Support implementation of process improvements, system enhancements, and operational initiatives
• Utilize data analysis to provide actionable insights and support decision-making
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track operational performance
• Assist in testing (UAT), implementation, and post-deployment support for system changes
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation
