AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join the Product Management/Execution group.

You will liaise with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, validate and document requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems, translating complex tasks into actionable project artifacts. Responsibilities include collaborating with business stakeholders, modeling processes, developing system solutions, conducting testing, and providing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years’ experience in commercial insurance
• Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and project management principles
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong communication across all levels of customers and management
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Prior experience in Commercial Lines Property & Casualty insurance
• Proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Project, Visio

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Analyze and model business processes to identify improvements.
• Develop and implement system solutions that meet business needs.
• Conduct system testing and validation for functionality and performance.
