Zusammenfassung

NBT is seeking an agency support specialist to maintain client files and validate data in the agency management system. You will research data, process workflows, and provide basic to intermediate helpdesk support to agency personnel.

Role requires strong attention to detail, data analysis skills, and the ability to work both independently and in teams. Some travel may be necessary, with opportunities to grow within a stable financial institution.

Qualifikationen

• Requires an Associate degree with 3+ years relevant experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for higher eligibility.
• License in Property & Casualty or Life, Accident & Health or ability to obtain within 12 months required/desired.

Aufgaben

• Document management—process daily incoming/outgoing documents for all departments and branches.
• Enter and validate data in agency management system accurately.
• Process daily interface items, including commissions, per procedures.
• Handle billing tasks with carriers or internal staff per guidelines.
• Assist colleagues with basic to moderately complex inquiries and troubleshooting.
