Job summary

Relation Insurance Services seeks an Analyst, Systems and Data to support AMS360/ImageRight deployment across departments, partnering with IT, Service, Broking, and Operations. You will lead design, setup, and data migrations for acquisitions, while identifying opportunities to optimize AMS usage and strengthen data governance.

The role emphasizes collaboration, professional communication, and adherence to confidentiality, with strong emphasis on complex broker systems and agency management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years’ proven experience in insurance brokerage systems management.
• College degree in a related field highly preferred.
• 7–10+ years of experience managing insurance brokerage systems.
• Extensive experience with AMS360 and ImageRight highly preferred.
• Highly proficient in agency management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; clear written/verbal communication.
• Strong organizational/time management skills.
• Ability to communicate appropriately and build professional relationships at all levels.
• Willingness to adhere to confidentiality.
• Ability to represent the company professionally to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Supports AMS design, setup, and implementation.
• Drives data migration for acquisitions into AMS360.
• Identifies opportunities to optimize or expand AMS capabilities.
• Supports data governance and quality improvement efforts.
• Partners with 3rd party providers to automate tasks in data governance.
• Builds relationships with new acquisitions for smooth data integration.
• Performs special projects as assigned.
