Qualifications

• Associates degree and 2 years’ experience required.
• Related experience preferred
• Developed analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow procedures and interrogate data required
• Basic organizational skills required
• Good communication skills (written and oral) required
• Accounting and computer skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of monetary and non-monetary transactions and provide guidance to teammates.
• Support internal and external customers and cross-train as required.
• Maintain knowledge of laws, regulations, and internal controls; focus on risk and fraud mitigation.
• Uphold service level standards under normal conditions.
• Develop and update procedures with supervisor and assist with training.
• Other duties as assigned
