Alliant Insurance Services seeks a professional to provide day-to-day procedural guidance for management and office software applications, including implementation support for new software. The role oversees software usage, testing, and the development of new features, while maintaining data integrity across business systems.

The incumbent will collaborate with customers, managers, and IT staff to define future system needs, train users, and ensure accurate data entry and procedures.

Qualificações

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two or more years related work experience.
• Computer Science, Accounting or Auditing experience.
• Insurance industry experience.

Responsabilidades

• Gathers data, analyzes requirements and documents specifications for new system processes and enhancements.
• Identifies and researches system problems for root cause and provides business solutions.
• Works with customers, managers and developers to define future system needs.
• Builds test plans and conducts system tests to verify accuracy.
• Trains users and provides written procedures.
• Ensures data standards and integrity in agency management systems.
