Job summary

NBT is seeking a support specialist to maintain client files and manage data in the agency management system. You will perform document processing, data entry, and internal helpdesk tasks to assist agency personnel, with some travel possible.

The role emphasizes accuracy, KPI adherence, and teamwork in a dynamic environment. A2+ years of related experience is expected, with licenses or the ability to obtain within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Associates degree plus 3 years relevant work experience or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of technical support or agency management system experience preferred.
• License: Property & Casualty and/or Life, Accident, and Health or ability to obtain within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Document management and processing of daily documents across departments and branches.
• Enter, validate, and retrieve data in the agency management system.
• Provide basic to moderately complex internal helpdesk support to agency personnel.
• Research using agency management system and carrier websites.
• Meet department KPIs, service time, and quality standards.
• Travel may be required.
