Job summary

Vantage Data Centers in the United States seeks a Manager, NA Operations Adoption & Enablement to drive adoption for major NA initiatives, translating strategic changes into practical readiness plans and coordinating across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate combines change management with hands-on execution, engaging leaders and stakeholders to ensure successful rollouts and measurable outcomes in a fast-paced data center environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, change management, communications, human resources, or a related field.
• PROSCI or other formal certification in Change Management.
• Five or more years of progressive experience in change management, adoption and enablement, organizational effectiveness, or business transformation.
• Experience leading adoption and enablement for large-scale, multi-site enterprise technology implementations or operational transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption and enablement workstreams for assigned NA Operations initiatives, including enterprise technology implementations, AI-enabled capabilities, process standardization, operating model changes, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Assess readiness gaps, adoption risks, dependencies, and barriers, and develop integrated plans for engagement, communications, learning, readiness, reinforcement, and sustainment.
• Equip sponsors and leaders to communicate changes and reinforce expectations with their teams; escalate material adoption and readiness risks with clear actions.
• Translate operational and technical changes into clear role expectations and practical guidance for affected employees; develop communications, learning materials, and reinforcement resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure enablement is accurate, relevant, and field-informed; establish readiness criteria and coordinate rollout across pilots, rollouts, stabilization, and sustainment.
