Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks a Manager, NA Operations Adoption & Enablement to drive successful implementation and sustained adoption of strategic initiatives across North America Operations. You will translate complex changes into readiness plans, engage stakeholders, and deliver learning and reinforcement across multiple sites.

The role reports to the Director, Adoption & Enablement and requires a hands-on, process‑oriented change professional with a track record in enterprise technology and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, change management, communications, HR, or related field.
• PROSCI or other formal certification in Change Management.
• Five+ years of progressive experience in change management, adoption and enablement, organizational effectiveness, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption and enablement workstreams for NA Operations initiatives, including enterprise technology implementations and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Assess readiness gaps, adoption risks, dependencies and barriers.
• Develop and execute integrated plans for stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, readiness and reinforcement.
• Equip sponsors and leaders to communicate changes and reinforce expectations with their teams.
• Escalate material adoption and readiness risks with clear implications and actions.
• Translate changes into practical guidance and role expectations for affected employees.
