Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks an Adoption & Enablement Manager for North America to drive successful implementation and sustained adoption of strategic initiatives across multiple sites. You will translate complex changes into practical readiness plans, partner with leaders, and coach teams to ensure adoption and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Certifications in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI) preferred.
• Five+ years of progressive experience in change management, adoption and enablement, organizational effectiveness, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption and enablement workstreams for NA Operations initiatives, including enterprise technology implementations, AI-enabled capabilities, and process standardization.
• Assess stakeholder roles, processes, and readiness to identify adoption gaps and risks.
• Develop and execute plans for stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, readiness, reinforcement, and sustainment.
• Equip sponsors and people leaders to communicate changes and reinforce expectations.
• Escalate material adoption and readiness risks with clear implications and actions.
• Translate operational changes into practical role expectations and guidance for employees.
• Develop leader toolkits, learning materials, and reinforcement resources; coordinate communications.
