Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks an Operations Adoption & Enablement Manager for NA to drive adoption of strategic initiatives across North America Operations.

You will translate complex operational changes into practical readiness plans, lead enterprise technology implementations, AI-enabled capabilities, and drive learning solutions, stakeholder engagement, and sustainment across multiple sites in the US (Denver, Phoenix, Santa Clara, Ashburn).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, change management, communications, human resources, or related field.
• PROSCI or similar change management certification.
• Five+ years of progressive experience in change management, adoption and enablement, organizational effectiveness, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption and enablement workstreams for NA Operations initiatives.
• Assess readiness gaps, adoption risks, dependencies, and barriers.
• Develop and execute integrated plans for stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, readiness, reinforcement, and sustainment.
• Equip sponsors and people leaders to communicate changes and reinforce expectations.
• Escalate material adoption and readiness risks with recommended actions.
• Translate operational and technical changes into clear role expectations and practical guidance.
• Partner with leaders, SMEs, product/process owners, project teams, and technology partners.
• Define and track measures for readiness, engagement, adoption, proficiency, and sustainment.
