Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Manager, Adoption & Enablement for North America Operations, based in one of several US locations. The role drives adoption of new processes, enterprise tech, and AI-enabled capabilities across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in change management and hands-on execution, with strong stakeholder engagement and learning solution design. This role partners with the Operations team to scale governance and enablement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• PROSCI or equivalent certification in Change Management.
• Five+ years of experience in change management, adoption, and enablement.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption and enablement workstreams for NA Operations initiatives, including enterprise technology implementations and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Translate operational changes into practical readiness plans, stakeholder engagement activities, communications, and learning solutions.
• Collaborate with leaders, PMO, product, and process owners to ensure enablement is accurate, relevant, and field-informed.
• Define and track readiness, engagement, adoption, proficiency, and sustainment measures.
• Provide coaching to sponsors, people leaders, and project teams to address barriers and improve rollout.
