Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Manager, Adoption & Enablement, NA Operations. The role ensures successful adoption of strategic initiatives across North America, including enterprise tech implementations, AI-enabled capabilities, and standardized operating models.

You will translate changes into practical readiness plans and partner with site leaders to drive readiness and sustainment. The ideal candidate combines strong change management with hands‑on execution, engaging stakeholders across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, change management, communications, or a related field.
Five+ years of progressive experience in change management, adoption and enablement, organizational effectiveness.
PROSCI or other formal certification in Change Management or Organizational Effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Lead adoption and enablement workstreams for large‑scale, multi-site enterprise technology implementations and transformations.
Translate operational changes into practical readiness plans, communications, learning solutions, and reinforcement approaches.
Develop and execute plans for stakeholder engagement, communications, and governance to ensure successful rollout and sustainment.
Coach sponsors and leaders to communicate changes and reinforce expectations with their teams.
Foster continuous learning, measurement, and improvements across adoption activities.
