Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Manager, Adoption & Enablement, NA Operations to drive adoption of strategic initiatives across North America Operations. This role translates new processes and technologies into practical readiness plans, engages stakeholders, and delivers learning solutions to ensure successful rollout and sustainment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in change management, strong communication skills, and experience guiding multi-site enterprise technology implementations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of organizational change management frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex changes into practical enablement for operational teams.
• Experience leading adoption and enablement for large-scale enterprise technology implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption and enablement workstreams for NA Operations initiatives, including enterprise technology implementations and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Translate operational changes into practical readiness plans, stakeholder engagement, communications, and learning solutions.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure adoption strategies are integrated into planning, execution, and sustainment.
• Define and track measures for readiness, engagement, adoption, proficiency, and sustainment.
