Responsibilities

• Lead adoption and enablement workstreams for NA Operations initiatives, including enterprise tech implementations and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Assess stakeholder, role, process, and readiness impacts to identify gaps and barriers.
• Develop and execute integrated plans for stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, readiness, reinforcement, and sustainment.
• Equip sponsors and people leaders to communicate changes and reinforce expectations with their teams.
