Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• A valid driver’s license if operating a company vehicle.
• Experience in administrative services or related fields.
• Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage records and information.
• Manage daily conversion of quotes to work orders.
• Schedule customers and pickups/appointments.
• Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication.
• Perform general office tasks (replenish supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties).
• Other duties as assigned.
