Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Four years of customer service, clerical or related experience; dock operations or distribution center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to management and operations (photocopying, filing, emailing, answering calls).
• Enter data in systems and compile regular/adhoc reports for management.
• Serve as frontline customer service for inquiries and issues.
• Assist with audit data retrieval for BCSA reviews.
• Support quality assurance and loss prevention tasks to protect packages.
