Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Four years of customer service or clerical experience; dock/DC preferred.
• Typing, data entry and use of office equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Provides clerical support (photocopying, filing, faxing, emailing, and answering telephone).
• Reviews and enters data in systems to support functional areas.
• Compiles data and prepares regular and ad-hoc reports for management.
• Serves as frontline customer service contact and resolves issues.
• Assists with BCSA audit data retrieval and documentation.
• Supports loss prevention by addressing misaddressed or damaged packages.
