EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior Manager in Technology Consulting to lead client engagements that assess and improve cybersecurity for Operational Technology and Industrial Control System environments, helping protect safety and reliability.

You will guide risk assessments, architecture reviews, and security implementation, work with cross‑functional teams, develop roadmaps, and support business development while building trusted client relationships.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of OT and ICS cybersecurity principles for industrial environments.
• Ability to lead complex client engagements and communicate with plant, engineering, security and executive stakeholders.
• Experience with OT networks, protocols, and security controls in OT environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity engagements, including risk assessments, architecture reviews, and security strategy.
• Assess industrial environments (ICS/SCADA/DCS/PLC/RTU/HMI) and supporting infrastructure.
• Guide practical OT security controls design and implementation with defense in depth and monitoring.
