Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Manager in Technology Consulting to lead client engagements focused on securing Operational Technology and Industrial Control System environments. You will blend OT security expertise with leadership, advisory, and business development activities to protect critical operations.

Responsibilities include assessing maturity and risk, designing practical controls, guiding implementation, and collaborating across engineering, operations, and cybersecurity teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Industrial Automation or related field
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant cybersecurity/OT experience; align with U.S. rank/compensation structure
• Experience leading OT cybersecurity assessments, architecture reviews, security improvement programs or implementations
• Practical knowledge of OT/ICS environments (SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI)
• Experience applying ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82 guidance
• Experience developing high-quality client reports, roadmaps, security designs or implementation documentation
• Experience leading teams, managing client expectations and delivering within timelines
• Willingness to travel based on client/project needs

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity engagements, including assessments, architecture reviews and roadmap development
• Assess OT environments (IC S, SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI)
• Design and implement OT security controls (network segmentation, zones, secure remote access)
• Apply OT frameworks (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82)
• Lead client workshops with stakeholders and translate findings into risk implications
• Manage engagement scope, timelines, budgets and quality
• Coach engagement teams and promote a collaborative working environment
• Build client relationships and identify EY value opportunities
• Support business development through proposals and presentations
• Stay current on OT threat activity and regulations
